@AskCapitalOne Not having access to my accounts online is not an acceptable situation. I'm not going to call "later this afternoon" that's a ridiculous suggestion. When you decide to allow me to access my own money, I will be switching banks.
@AskCapitalOne This is really unacceptable-- and not the first issue I've had with 360. Will be switching to another bank as soon as you allow us access to our own money.
