My best 3 - mile run time was 19:45 and it almost kilt' me @USMC as when I graduated boot? I went from 203 lbs to 179 lbs in 3 months in 1989 PISC oh gosh'!

I'm 6'025" 217 lbs. now butt naked so? I'm fat. the @USMC height/weight limit for me? 202 lbs. But if I body fat tape neck waist ratio?: 18" neck 36" stomach gurth' obliques' it is still a thing as no weight lifter can make @DeptofWar body fat scale ask = tape = okay.
