Dasher is at merchant. Merchant is not releasing order because they are saying that the order has not been paid for. My bank account says the order has in fact been paid for. @DoorDash_Help What are you expecting your dasher, the merchant, and your customer to do?

I placed an order hours ago. It was canceled due to your ability to process the order with the store, I was given a credit and free express delivery and told it needs to be used in the hour or I lose it. I was unable to process any other orders...

At this point even if my food does arrive, Its going to be inedible and I'm out all the money and time. This is unacceptable and There is little to no help through the site or app.

@Ask_WellsFargo I received a credit card in the mail that I did not apply for. I tried to access the account online and its associated with two phone numbers that are not mine. I've never had @WellsFargo nor wanted it. I call and customer service says to go to a branch. (pt. 1)

I do some research and find that many people in the last several months have been receiving things like this from your bank. Didn't you get sued already for creating fraudulent accounts without consent of people already? (pt. 3)

Today I asked a customer for their ID and saw a veterans flag on it. I said "Thank you for your service". They then replied "You're welcome. You were worth it".

Such a small thing, but it made my day and made me want to go above and beyond to give through best service possible.
