@troypineapple @ABC7 You never want to the criminal to have higher fire power than you. Why would you bring a taser to a knife battle. You’re going to loose. You meet deadly force with deadly force. And if you say a knife isn’t deadly force, then that’s another issue in itself.

@MajorTomToG Call came out as a water rescue, meaning someone was in the water. So the firefighters were prepared to attempt a water rescue. I believe SJFD policy states that on any water rescue they must wear their PFD. And if they don’t wear their PFD they can’t be near.
