turns out most of my week was never the actual job.

formatting. chasing. re-explaining. the real work was the small slice left at the end.

ten real jobs, no demo prompts - a site, a 3d model, a tool, research, a decision, a deck, a spec, data, copy, a plan.

3 kept as-is. the rest came back close, not done. "close enough" still costs an hour.

every job ran the same four beats: plan, build, verify, deliver. verify is the one people skip. it's also the one that bites.

it took the overhead. I kept the judgement. that's the whole split.

a demo answers a prompt. a job comes back finished.

most of my week was never work. it was the shape around the work.
