Restore Britain's costed plan for a zero rate of corporation tax on the first £50,000 of profits is the most pro-business policy announced by a major political party for a VERY long time.

Above that, it's 19% with an aspiration for 15% when fiscal conditions allow.

A very aggressive hit piece on me has just been published in the Daily Telegraph by Allister Heath - labelling me ‘a deluded egotist who is toxifying British politics.’

He gives three examples of why he is so horrified by Restore Britain’s presence.

Number one. The fact I stated my concern around projections that ‘white Britons will become a minority by 2063’.

No statistic greater demonstrates the astounding way mass immigration is changing our country. He calls Restore Britain’s worry around this ‘racism’ and ‘disgusting’.

It should have ‘no place in mainstream politics’.

It’s that attitude which has allowed our communities to transform in front of our very eyes over the last few decades.

It’s not going to work on me.

This brings us on to his second point.

The fact that I highlight how parts of Manchester have essentially been colonised by Islamic populations.

YES.

I stand by every single word.

Communities in places like Rochdale, Oldham, entire districts in Manchester itself.

Replaced. Of course this has happened. My advice to the journalist is this - go and visit, use your eyes.

I did exactly that, and it shocked me.

There is no multiculturalism. There is one culture. One religion. One way of life.

Islam.

I make no apologies for my views on that, and Restore Britain’s efforts to change it.

His third concern? Incredibly…

The fact that Restore Britain has banning halal and kosher slaughter as a policy.

He is offended by my description - ‘barbaric foreign practices that have no place in our high-trust society’.
He calls it ‘despicable’, and it puts me ‘beyond the pale’.

He states that banning halal ‘would trigger a civil war’…

Does that not prove my earlier point correct?

Whatever.

I don’t want millions and millions and millions of animals to be brutally butchered and left to bleed from the neck in the most unimaginable pain. Does that make me ‘despicable’? I think not.

I am a British farmer. In this country, we care for our animals properly. I don’t care if that offends certain religions, I really don’t.

He also takes issue with me labelling cousin marriage non-British. Seriously?

If you are a Telegraph subscriber and you disagree, I suggest you let the paper know. They think your concerns around Halal slaughter are ‘despicable’ or that if you’re worried about parts of Britain becoming mainly Islamic that view is ‘foul’.

How Restore Britain will control inflation...

A Restore Britain government will reform the Bank of England’s mandate. We will end the routine use of monetary financing by requiring explicit authorisation from the Chancellor of the Exchequer before any future programme of monetary expansion can be undertaken.

Such authorisation would be granted only under the most exceptional circumstances. Monetary expansion cannot create real wealth. It simply postpones necessary economic adjustment.

Monetary discipline must be matched by fiscal discipline.

Our paper sets out policies designed to lower public expenditure and expand private sector wealth creation.

Persistent structural deficits increase dependence upon government borrowing, place upward pressure on future taxation, and create political incentives for inflationary monetary policy.

A disciplined MPC, operating alongside a fiscally responsible government committed to reducing the state’s reliance on debt finance, would provide the stable macroeconomic environment necessary for long-term investment, productivity growth, and rising living standards.

This is how we control inflation and restore Britain's prosperity.

Restore Britain will raise the personal allowance to £16,000; extend the basic-rate band to £100,000; and restore the full allowance to all taxpayers.

A costed plan through slashing welfare to reward hard work.

Restore Britain will abolish Corporation Tax on the first £50,000 of profits for all companies - this takes 95% of all companies outside the corporation tax regime.

With profits over £50,000 we propose an immediate restoration of the 19% rate, with an aspiration to reduce this to 15% as soon as fiscal conditions allow.

In time, we will abolish the Bank Levy, Bank Surcharge, Residential Property Developer Tax, Energy Profits Levy, and Electricity Generator Levy.

We will be friendly to honest companies, not slavish to global business.

This is a costed plan, before any growth multiplier.

I have run and built so many small businesses. I understand what it takes.

This one policy will transform the landscape for British small business owners.

It will reinstate reward to go along with the inevitable risk.

It will make that risk worth it.

This is what we need to restore Britain's economic prosperity.

Mass immigration, both legal and illegal, has so radically altered the demographics of the United Kingdom that the native British people - the English, Scottish, Welsh, and Northern Irish - will become a minority within the next 40 years.

This means that coming generations will grow up in a culture defined not by historical continuity, shared identity, and mutual cooperation, but by a vicious, zero-sum competition between a series of self-interested groups vying for power. Lebanon, South Africa, Yugoslavia – there are countless historical examples of what happens when multiple hostile ethnic groups occupy the same finite territory.

Look at what is already happening in the parts of the country where the White British population share is declining most rapidly – Pakistani rape gangs in Bradford, Bangladeshi electoral fraud in Tower Hamlets, and violence between Hindus and Mulsims on the streets of Leicester.

Furthermore, the British state already discriminates against White British people in policing, education, employment, and beyond – despite us still being the majority. There is no reason to believe that this would abate upon our becoming a minority – on the contrary, it would likely intensify.

This is to say nothing of the economic damage that mass immigration has wrought upon our nation. It has inflated house prices, suppressed wages, and created a huge burden on public services and the welfare state. Outright home ownership is now a distant goal for many young people, with the majority now worse-off than their parents. British workers – already facing an historic tax burden and cost of living – are being undercut by cheap foreign labour. Every year, billions of pounds of taxpayers’ money is being spent on benefits, healthcare, and translation services for burdensome foreign nationals.

The British people never voted for mass immigration – in fact, since modern immigration began with the passing of the British Nationality Act in 1948, they have voted against it at every available opportunity. It has been a disastrous, illegitimate, anti-democratic experiment, forced on the native people of Britain without our consent. It has undermined our Christian heritage, endangered our women and girls, and made us poorer. Mass immigration, both legal and illegal, has destroyed our national cohesion and forced demographic change threatens to ruin Britain forever without urgent action. With White British births accounting for just 54% of all live births in England and Wales in 2024, the hour could not be later.

As such, measures must be taken to actively reverse the demographic transformation of Britain, and return our country to being a homogeneous, high-trust society. These must include the mass deportation of all illegal migrants, as well as the removal of all foreign nationals who are unable to speak English, live in social housing, claim benefits, refuse to work, fail to integrate, commit crime or actively hate our way of life and wish to do us harm.

For the good of our children and grandchildren, millions must go. And Restore Britain is the only party that will make that happen.

So sad to hear Rod Liddle died.

His career sums up the last few decades in the life of the country he loved: Rod was the editor of the BBC's Today Programme from 1998 until 2002.

By the time of his death, no one with his opinions would be allowed to clean the toilets at the BBC, let alone run a flagship programme.

Despite the change in the mood music, he went on to have an impactful and meaningful career as an opinion journalist, writing fantastic, biting satirical articles which danced on the line of acceptability as great satire must.

He was great fun and a real character. My thoughts are with his family.

I have spent a lot of time with Rupert this past year. We have recorded multiple podcasts and had many private chats.

What I can promise you is this:
1. He does not want power, he wants to fix the country
2. He'd rather not be in politics, but feels a duty
3. He has no care for monetising politics
4. He is beautifully anti-establishment
5. He has no ego, it is country first

I have also been fortunate to interview Nigel twice in the past. One time I had a half an hour coffee with him beforehand and saw someone I had not seen on TV - calm, intelligent, a deep knowledge of history, a fundamental desire to have Britain win.

I have been critical of Reform, but politics is the art of the possible.

Personally I care about the end result. An end to the lunatic left bullshit, that we become a nation of builders and restore sanity and prosperity to this country.

If they find a way, I would run through walls to support them.

A Restore Britain Government will end the triple lock and instead link the state pension to CPI - the income of pensioners will be secure in terms of purchasing power.

This will be done alongside vast cuts to the British state - enormous reductions in welfare spending, abolishing the entire asylum system, deporting millions of unproductive foreign nationals, brutally slashing down the size of Government.

Cuts, cuts and then more cuts - in both tax and spending.

We must make bring our debt down.

We must now live within our means.

We must control inflation.

When I launched Restore Britain, I said difficult decisions would have to be made.

I meant it.

These actions are the only way we can leave a better country to our grandchildren than the one that was handed to us.
