87 y/o Pt presented w/ arm swelling/pain. Venogram showed heavy clot burden along with central venous stenosis. #Lighting7 through a 6/7 Terumo Slender sheath, quickly removed thrombus,minimal blood loss. PTA of stenosis after thrombectomy. @penvascular @georgeyousefmd @dandu_n
