@virginmedia Yes. There have been the same issues everyday. Get fixed in the afternoon and reappear the next day. Any sign of a permanent fix?

@andrewcopson I used an intensive course but had learned previously when I was 18. I found it very good for getting ready for the test. If I were you I would have a few 2 hour lessons first to learn the basics before going on the intensive course.
