I haven't tweeted for a while but just thought I'd come back to remind people up in arms about the treatment of the "anti-racist" Abbott, she wrote a piece claiming that antisemitism is on a par with the discrimination people with red hair face.
England's management had 4 big dilemmas:
1. Picking Bairstow as a keeper
2. Picking Ali as the spinner.
3. Picking Anderson instead of Potts/Tongue/Robinson(in the later tests)
4. Who to replace the injured Pope with.
They got them all wrong and it's cost us the Ashes.
Important people don't lose sight of what actually happened. We didn't fail to win he Ashes because of rain, or batting on too long in Manchester, we lost it by declaring on day 1 of the series for under 400, and gifting wickets playing hook after hook at Lords.
Thank God they are rushing through, and cutting short, both the men's and women's ashes so that we can get to the Hundred. Then, in the next ashes, not a single game being played in the north so we can play at half filled grounds down south. Thank goodness the ECB are in charge.
This is absolutely clueless cricket. He's a good leader but Stokes isn't a good captain. Just has them sticking to plans that don't work. He's gifted them 30 runs in a tight test by not trying to get the main batter out. 5 free hits an over followed by a single. Useless.
No matter who is in charge of England, be it Bazball or any other nonsense, until someone at the top gets it through their fucking skulls that picking 3 identical medium pacers is clueless, picking 4 is fucking unbelievable, nothing will ever really improve.
@swildecricket In fairness, he was given 24 tests to show if he was good enough to bat or bowl for England (I refer to tests only, of course) and unfortunately came up well short.
When it's not your day, it's not Kaur day. 😬

Jake Paul will not be allowed to lose his fight v Tommy fury. He is the billion dollar gravy train: it stops when he stops. And given this thing is not actually real in the first place, why would anyone allow an outcome where he loses
First serious misstep by ETH here. With the first choice midfield out injured/banned you pick your best defence, not your 3rd and 5th choice Centre backs and 2nd choice full backs.
Can't believe Harry revealed that while invading another country as part of the British army he killed people. The Daily Mail must be livid at this treason. Course if he'd murdered an unarmed, injured enemy soldier they'd be campaigning to get him a medal.
Watching the original Incredible Hulk TV movie and the event that sets him off is not being able to change a tyre. Not exactly profound. Plus he Jacks his car before trying to loosen the nuts. Think of all the carnage that could have been avoided.
