@CarterFortman The Missouri non-partisan court plan is fine. Several states have adopted the Missouri plan because it allows attorneys as the primary stakeholders to vet judicial candidates.

@FranchiseMnA I'd be careful though because some of the issues of the disgruntled zees could also be issues for others in the system. If the Zor disregards those issues it could hurt the relationship with those in that middle 50%.

@kickstartmyfran The goal is not necessarily to get changes to the FA which can he difficult to impossible. Our goal when advising potential franchisees is to make sure they understand what their obligations are under the FA so they can evaluate the risks.
