@goldstone_tony I still have no TRS for 23/24. What am I supposed to do? No RPSS, no 2024 pension saving statement & no 2023/24 TRS. Just a complete joke - there is no way for me to accurately estimate my pension charge for 2023/24 tax return or know if I am safe to additional WLI this tax year!
@goldstone_tony No brown envelope yet. I am in the automatic group but due to data errors I now need to wait for a manual calculation. There is no timescale for that. I now have to work out an estimate for my 23/24 tax return due in less than 12 weeks. Frustrating to say the least!
I’m an oncologist and I love my job. But I’m striking because I know first-hand that the NHS is failing our patients with cancer and I’m striking because I know first-hand that the NHS is failing its workforce. https://t.co/Liv26cn8Or #ConsultantsStrike
@BuckCllr@BeebsG@BFTMastclimbing@metpoliceuk@LBHF Re-watch the clip councillor - the jogger does wait and check both directions. I think she even looks at the approaching van. Of course speed matters - the faster he is going the less opportunity he is giving himself to spot potential hazards
I normally do... but after my horrendous AA charge (on top of the 41% tax and subsequent 50p on every £1 reduction in my tax free allowance) my accountant has advised I reduce all pensionable earnings. I'm only 38 and hadn't really wanted to reduce my workload yet @goldstone_tony
And the winners are.....
Doctor in Training of the Year
Rose Gnap (Surgery)
Helen Morgan & Hannah Tobiss (Medicine)
Harry Stamatopoulos (Family Health)
Nicholas Brazel (Clinical Support)
Jun Hao Lim (CAS)
Huge congratulations to all

Really disappointed with @John_Pye Chesterfield today. Gave my lot away to someone else. Refunded me but no offer of compensation for petrol for 50 mile round trip. Waste of my time and money!
So excited about this animation. The NTU animation undergraduates have produced something really beautiful. @NTUNews. Also a huge thanks to Jen, the daughter of one of our midwives, for being the voice for the film @handywoman31.
Really disappointed with @justeatuk tonight. 2 hours 15 mins for food from China Panda, Kimberley instead of the 45 mins stated at order. Refused to offer any compensation and denied responsibility. Poor, really poor.
Amazing day. The first time that critical care staff have worked with us on labour suite at NUH to help care for a woman with complex needs. Multidisciplinary working that has made a real difference to this family. Thanks! @NUHCriticalCare@NottmMaternity@nottsobsdocs
Flameless candles, fairy lights, relaxing music - it must be labour suite. Wrong! Maternity theatre waiting area. Feedback today has been so positive. https://t.co/zDRK17Sj5I
