@UcheMaryOkoli Praying the Rosary before Mass in a group is most encouraged by the Church. The Rosary is indulgenced when you do this and can be offered up for the Church Suffering adding to the indulgence given for assisting at the Mass and praying for the Holy Fathers intentions.
