@floistinyflower Hi love, you should eat more if you want to lose weight. I have currently lost 8 kgs on a 2000 kcal diet. That's due to the fact that maintaining my body weight would have me eating 2400 kcal a day. If you eat 10% or 20% under your maintenance kcal, you'll lose weight <3
