-Waited 20 minutes to be picked up
-Driver didn't take toll road which added 1 hour to my drive (I was pissed)
- Rear suspension shot, car vibrating violently for 2 hour drive

-Showed up 15 minutes early to scheduled time
-Nice SUV with water, snacks, phone charger, etc.
