@LloydsBank I’m am so angry. I’ve had the card no more than 3 months and this is how a new customer is treated, declining transactions. No notification or pre warning, no referral to the app. JUST A DECLINE. Totally embarrassing.
@LloydsBank you have NOW embarrassed me twice on my holiday by declining yet another transaction!!! This becoming a frustrating and an extremely poor service.When I’m back in the UK I want a full explanation.This is not acceptable. A credit card I can not trust. Totally let down!
