@danbardell When MON left before the season started. I felt devastated at the time. It felt like Villa were building something and then it all fell apart in no time.
@Real_Rob_Warner Had exactly this thought last night Rob. I immediately thought of the first leg against Tranmere. There’s still a long way to go in this semi final.
@ShirtsInTheShed 2/2 most Brazilians in the 80s didn’t have disposable income to afford official replicas. Also official replicas were much harder to come by. So these replica supporter shirts were much more common. Even though a replica still has value.
@ShirtsInTheShed 1/2 This is a supporters shirt, commonly available in the 80s in Brasil. Campea made a lot of club shirts like this. You could buy them from beach vendors or sports shops in Rio. I have one and bought it in Rio in 1987. You have to keep in mind…

@J_Tanswell John was right to ask the question. Emery’s response was also right. He used the word “mistake” but I don’t think he meant the question was a mistake. He meant to consider it was a mistake. His answer gave us good insights into Emery’s mentality - so John asked a good question.
@bertiesshirts@amyalby2904@therealcbuglass If Adidas want a fresh take on black and white stripes they would do well to take inspiration from the Reebok 2024/2025 Botafogo shirt. A stunning shirt with a subtle tweak / doesn’t loose the identity.
The fact that Anthony Taylor is having to consult the screen after a mêle like that tells you everything you need to know about how incompetent he is. He stood there as a spectator…and still couldn’t call it 🤦♂️
