@DavidSamue19099 The Hogyoku is constantly adapting and healing Aizen. Baryon mode would do nothing more than force the Hogyoku to adapt to it, and he'd only be “scratched”.
Also Naruto didn't even kill Isshiki. If not for Kawaki he would've died no different than Urahara sealing Aizen.

@DavidSamue19099 I'll simplify this. Element doesn't matter in a battle where the other person has more reiatsu. Aizen established this and many others early in Bleach. You can nullify someone else's abilities if you have significantly more reiatsu.

@DavidSamue19099 Two things. He can't leave his bankai active for too long; otherwise, everything will be destroyed. Secondly, anything touched by the edge is instantly deleted from existence. Her bankai is limited to an area. His bankai can be felt across the entire soul society+.
