@ZiaYusufUK Completely agree. I’ve got a neighbour who has a second home, however they get a £40k Smart #1 for free because they’ve got a daughter with special needs. Mother receives benefits as a carer. Council provides free mini bus transport to college. Why doesn’t mother use free car?
