Hello @Flipkart @flipkartsupport
What type of service is this? The order has not been delivered despite last 7 days of continuous follow up. Order was cancelled by delivery man even though I was willing to pay for exchange item. Frustrated with ur support. @jagograhakjago

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport @FlipkartEnables Wow, Flipkart! You took my money on 8 October, and my order was due on 14 October. Since then, “Arriving Tomorrow” has become a daily joke. Now customer support says my issue will be resolved by 24 October, but still gives no firm assurance. @Flipkart @FlipkartSupport

Cheating karta hai tu, Flipkart! 😡 Ordered on 8 October, still waiting for delivery. Bas false promises aur delivery date changes! @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

Durga Puja is over, and now we’re waiting for Ravan Dahan before you deliver the order! 🔥 Flipkart, please deliver it before Dussehra is over too! 🙏@Flipkart @flipkartsupport

Flipkart’s customer service is apparently excellent at one thing: sending “Sorry for the inconvenience” DMs. 😂 When it comes to actually resolving customer issues, suddenly there’s no accountability, no clear answers, and no solution. Stop copy-pasting apologies.@flipkartsupport

Flipkart now promises to resolve my issue by 23 Oct. Order delayed, complaints unresolved, and now more promises! Stop apologizing and start solving! @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

[jonny @Jonnybrother_]

Flipkart keeps changing delivery dates without hesitation, but takes no responsibility for delays. My prepaid order is still undelivered, and all I get are new dates and empty promises. Is this how you treat your customers? #Flipkart @flipkartsupport

[jonny @Jonnybrother_]

Flipkart has mastered the art of saying “Sorry” while repeatedly changing delivery dates. Every time the promised date passes, there’s another apology and another revised date—but no actual delivery. @flipkartsupport @Flipkart @FlipkartStories

Another day, another fake promise from Flipkart! 😂 All talk about “working on your problem,” but no actual solution. You’re great at saying sorry, but terrible at resolving customer complaints. 🤡 @Flipkart
