A year ago I weighed 65 pounds and was on the verge of death. I couldn’t even climb 5 stairs without panting.

Now I weigh 100 and I’m able to climb 230 stars in a row. My wounds are staying healed as well. With a good diet, discipline, and consistency, you can achieve anything.
