@HarvesterUK what’s with not allowing people to serve themselves at the “self service” salad bar? It ruins the experience. Even the staff say they prefer to serve themselves. You can’t have it the way you want and it makes the queues longer… there is no justifiable reason!

And if it’s for covid reasons and you don’t want people touching the serving implements on the bar, what about all the other surfaces and thing like the door handles in and out of the restaurant and the toilets?

And yes, I signed up to Twitter purely for this reason as being able to serve myself at the salad bar means that much to me. I’m sat in a harvester right now, suffering the disappointment and refusing to be served by a staff member as if I’m some incapable child.
