@ProtEmpress Cata's the inspiration for modern WoW. Their dungeons led to challenge mode, which became M+. The zone designs. Started removing class niches. Talent tree changes. Friggin transmog. It's biggest faults were coming after WotLK and having a lame final boss with Deathwing.

@takeme2hobbiton There is no singular best, but all the top ones each have areas they shine in. FFXIV has the best story, WoW has the smoothest gameplay, GW2 is the most unique and creative, OSRS scratches the grind, and so on. There's one out there for everybody. Except dirty PVP players.

@Liffeh Put out a shield and make the pure healer top everybody up. Yell at your tanks to reprisal/group mit, yell at dps for feint and addle. Only a couple things hit like a truck

@luvasbtw I haven't seen the Warn thing, but Kingsman's group was massively toxic towards him and actively worked to get him kicked out of the tournament. If the people in Aramori's team did the same then they should be treated the same.

@GameXverse The free trial's great, but I tend to recommend GW2 instead first, unless they already like Final Fantasy. FFXIV has a notoriously slow start compared to other MMOs and it can leave players with the wrong impression.

@JustCapitalB_ Honest question, what made you think T1 understood SF? I keep seeing this take and just don't get how people came to that conclusion. Really, what did you see from his gameplay that made you think that? No flame intended, a lot of people seemed to think the same.

@yo_jaydee There's nothing wrong with what you said or directly what that post says, but the post you're referring to is a response to somebody needing to take care of a random event. Context absolutely matters here. "Don't queue up if you've got work in 5 min" and the like is obvious.

@Gappy_V He learned one gimmick to climb, turtle Guile with Modern, and got rocked for it when countered. This is why we always tell new players to focus on learning, not climbing. Even tho Lud's not great, he's a fighting game player and understands basic stuff like that.
