Had Bari Weiss not been a proud Jewish Zionist, the world would be celebrating today a strong independent woman who is self-made, ambitious, and successful.
Because Bari is Jewish, the heaters are going apoplectic.
Normalizing Platner's behavior, his tattoo, his Reddit statements as just typical working class millennial behavior is offensive to millennials and working class people.
There's a lot of room between Platner & choir boy. We can find candidates that occupy that space.
“Netanyahu” today functions as a boogeyman. He is a hated figure on the world stage because he plays the role of the Jewish villain in the antizionist universe, not unlike the role Baron de Rothschild played in the antisemitic universe. He serves as a scapegoat and a figure of blame. References to “Netanyahu” are regularly invoked to justify and avoid discussion of the explosion of antizionist hate that followed October 7.
Rather than confronting the ideology itself, attention is displaced onto a single individual, as though the harassment of Jews, the normalization of antizionist hatred, and the global mobilization against Israel can all be explained by one man, which is irrational and nonsensical.
Jamaal Bowman and Cori Bush fell for the same joke as Ritchie Torres' primary opponent Michael Blake.
Anyone who is too stupid to know that there's no Chief Rabbi of Gaza - a territory with no Jewish residents - is too stupid to sit in Congress making laws for our country.
I’m an American, yet because I’m Jewish, accidentally entering Palestinian-controlled cities like Nablus or Jenin in the West Bank could literally get me killed before I ever made it back out unless the IDF arrived in time.
But sure, let’s keep hearing lectures about “apartheid” and racism.
If you're supporting Graham Platner at this point, you're not really frustrated by the moral corrosiveness of Donald Trump and MAGA, you're just frustrated that the cretins aren't on your side.
Goldman is by all accounts a great representative. But he doesn’t foam at the mouth constantly about how evil Israel is so that isn’t good enough anymore for the leftist brain trust in this country
Was anyone offering Alaska?
The Arabs, including the Palestinian leadership, had many, many opportunities to draw a line in the sand. They never did. No partition, no compromise. Because we weren't allowed to have anything, to be anywhere. No one offered Alaska, no one granted the post-Holocaust DPs visas to anywhere. And the same Arabs who would set the Jews to flight from Baghdad and Damascus and Fez and Sanaa, demanded that they also not live in Israel.
We didn't make this a zero-sum conflict. The Arabs did.
And it still, even now, doesn't have to be. But even now, at this moment, with all Gaza's suffering, Hamas continues to insist, loudly and proudly, that it must be all-or-nothing. One nation lives, the other leaves or dies. They think God is on their side, so a zero-sum conflict is necessarily a total victory.
And everything Muhammad and his ilk at EuroMed have ever done only further pushed the Palestinians down that path.
The Jews, alas, will not fall. The Arabs won't destroy them. And nothing good can happen for Palestinians until that understanding dawns on Muhammad and his friends.
An absolute masterclass. 💥
Piers Morgan tried to trap Kemi Badenoch on Israel, but she brilliantly destroyed his logic using straight facts:
How she won the argument:
Alliances > Feelings: Piers hyper-focused on specific politicians. Kemi shut it down with real geopolitics: "Israel is an ally of the UK."
The Media Blindspot: Piers only talked about costs. Kemi flipped it by pointing out a massive benefit: Israeli intelligence actively helps protect British citizens.
Fixing the Logic: Piers blamed Israel for civilian casualties. Kemi corrected the cause and effect instantly: "Hamas uses innocent civilians as human shields. That is what has caused the scale of the violence."
Peter Beinart, who apologized publicly for speaking in Tel Aviv and doesn't think the Jews should have a state, is lecturing Sam Harris about self-righteous certainty.
The irony: Beinart does in that piece exactly what Sam says they always do. He ignores the great big thing.
The lack of common sense shared standards when dealing with Israel never ceases to amaze me. Iran-backed Hezbollah, a terror army inside Lebanon, has fired over 1,000 rockets at northern Israel despite the April 2026 ceasefire. This again forced tens of thousands of Israeli citizens to evacuate their homes or live daily running to shelters. This is not Lebanon confronting Israel. It is a terror group that Lebanon, despite repeated promises and UN resolutions, does not control and cannot control. No other nation would accept this or be told to just take it. Israel responded by striking the terror organization. Then Iran launched 11 ballistic missiles directly at Israel, massively violating the ceasefire with the U.S. and Israel. Yet somehow Israel is the one constantly told to show restraint.
Since a generic Dem is beating Susan Collins by 10 points in at least one poll, 8 points better than the candidate they half-vetted, perhaps these folks could have some introspection on their ability to discern what voters want.
Democracy dies in darkness.
Thank you to the @washingtonpost for the opportunity to share my experience in my own words. Thank you to my friends who have stood by me, and to my daughters who inspire me.

This is extraordinary. Graham Platner's former political director making the case for why voters shouldn't elect him: "I know firsthand why Graham Platner shouldn’t be a U.S. senator"
Imagine you have a daughter. Your only child #CarolinBohl. Your little girl is attacked and murdered by terrorists #october7thmassacre
Destroyed. Your life is destroyed. Your little girl is dead. Francesca Albanese then writes to you, woman to woman: „Change medication“. #Albanese was never concerned with #humanrights.
The Palestine papers got leaked to Al Jazeera because the highly educated and credentialed diaspora-based negotiators freaked out that Abbas and Erakat were considering the formulation you’re suggesting.
The vast majority of Palestinians take it literally, and no deal will last if the great majority of Palestinians oppose it. This became a big issue when Abbas was talking to Obama in 2014.
Otherwise the Palestinian position is that the PLO cannot give up the right because it’s an individual rights claim and so they have no authority to do so.
