Big news for WisdomTree, and an important step in our evolution.

Today we announced that WisdomTree has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Atlantic House Holdings Limited, a London-based systematic manager with approximately $5.5B in AUM specializing in defined outcome and derivatives-driven strategies.

Investors are increasingly focused on portfolio resilience, positioning through uncertainty and more precise tools for managing risk. Atlantic House’s deep derivatives expertise and strong track record in systematic strategies meaningfully enhances our ability to innovate across active ETFs and outcome-oriented solutions.

Just as importantly, this transaction extends our Models and Portfolio Solutions platform into the UK wealth market, strengthening our relationships with advisers and expanding distribution across Europe. When combined with WisdomTree’s global ETF platform and research capabilities, we see a powerful opportunity to scale these capabilities globally.

We look forward to welcoming Tom May and the Atlantic House team and building the next phase of innovation together.
