@PaulSpacey The GK forces the PK decision. This is a best guess in real time. @ 1/100 speed I don’t see the goalie meeting the min threshold. The only time both hands are ON the ball, the FWD is also progressing the play - not enough to claim possession but the leg grab is enough for a PK.

The average fan gets priced out. The fans who are most responsible for creating atmosphere are priced out.

Unfortunately nothing new in American sports, but something needs to change.
