I need a collection code for a parcel that is in my service point. @PayPoint say it's lost, DHL just fob me off, I've seen the parcel with my own eyes
@thississLM@Eurostar This makes no sense at all, most other rail operator allow different classes on different legs.
All @eurostar have done is tell you about the policy and not give you the WHY?
@British_Airways travelling as group (separate booings), u cancelled the flight, I rebooked my seat on next flight, others couldn't get same flight so booked earlier. now you are charing me to change my booking. No one on phone helps. can you rebook FOC
