Buddy i understand that what im saying is in this situation he is in the depths of X under a burner. Law applies but is much more difficult in this world and if he was on a page with his actual identity id say sue for sure. But he isn’t so either post something to prove he isn’t and move on and this all stops or just sue and go through months and months of bullshit and money to ultimately reveal his name amongst other that falsely accused him. Idk seems like an easy decision to me.

Best explanation I’ve seen i don’t understand how this doesn’t get through to him unless he is old and doesn’t understand social media. Even if he is successful in suing the entire internet will know his name. He can’t teach the internet a lesson by getting a few guys to pay up. The internet will dig in harder. Why doesn’t just one singular person that follows you come in here and say that they know the person running this account and MM is not who it is. If this case has any chance he has to prove at least 1 person who follows him knows who this account belongs too. It’s real simple just get 1 buddy to come to your defense and this stops. No one is saying you can’t pursue a lawsuit and also prove your innocence so this stops. Don’t say your people aren’t in this thread it has gone mega viral.
