📈 If you’re not measuring UX, you’re just guessing.

Design decisions don’t have to be guesses. Measuring UX with things like task success rate, time-on-task, and satisfaction scores turns subjective opinions into real, objective data.

With these metrics you can:

✅ Compare versions (old vs new) to see what really improves

✅ Benchmark against competitors or industry-standards

✅ Prove your design impact to stakeholders in a clear language

- have strong opinions & commit to them
- do a few things really well; cohesion more important than features
- don’t design for everyone (you’ll design for no one)
- settings = failure to commit to opinions & failure of good design
- simple != easy
