Kudos to Air France to trying to work things out, but unbelievably bad showing from @chinaeasternair

Was meant to fly back to Sydney today, from Hamburg to Paris (managed by @airfrance ), Paris to Shanghai and then to Sydney (from CDG to SYD managed by @chinaeasternair
Flight from HAM to CDG got cancelled because of weather (12pm). 1/

@airfrance @chinaeasternair plus AHS was only able to check me in for HAM to CDG but not CDG-PVG-SYD, which of course they could not (go figure - its now 5pm). Even contacted the booking agency, who of course couldn’t change the check in status either. /9

What's even more frustrating is spending close to two hours on the phone with customer support and them not being able to help me at all. @Qantas

@Qantas charged me two separate times for flights I booked on the weekend, once for the full ticket and once for an arbitrary partial amount. Been on with customer service three different times and apparently it's "a glitch" and I "have to wait 7 days" for the refund. 0/10

If it was only a couple of $ I wouldn't have worried about it, but the extra charge was more than 300$, overdrew my account, and I couldn't pay bills or buy groceries.
