@Natalie91__xox I totally agree with you. It’s the education system (FE/ Universities) & employers that request this information for jobs. Schools/ Academies are judge on it through league tables so it’s a never ending cycle. Ofsted demand it.

@StuartYoung001 It’s got nothing to do with controlling the class. The TA maybe assigned to a student who has SEN (Special Educational Needs) or a EHCP (Educational, Health Care Plan). #EducatingGreaterManchester
