@C4ETech I have a 4 year old iPhone without a screen protector. In fact I dropped it from the stairs yesterday. A good case protected the screen as well as the body.
So nowadays a screen protector is nice to have but I dont feel it’s necessary as before.

I am so surprised and disappointed how @SamsungIndia is dealing with this.

2 morals from this experience:
1. Dont buy Samsung ACs
2. Always record your conversations with technicians

Wow the latest update is Samsung Service guy says theres no issue with the AC to their customer service team.
When clearly the engineer spoke to me and said on Thursday that theres a gas leak in the unit and he has taken the video and photos to send to the company.

I dont’ usually do this bt would suggest people to avoid buying Samsung ACs.
Brand new AC stops cooling in a couple of weeks and Samsung has no answer.
Its been 2 weeks since I raised a complaint and nobody knows whats wrong or why gas is leaking from the unit.

@sudarshan_nslr They tried, in touch with them too. But clearly they havent been able to help much. 2 weeks is a very long time to figure out whats wrong with a new AC

@simransingh931 Yea, installation wasnt great for me either. But if your AC works you are lucky. The moment something goes wrong, you are in for a long ride. The after sales sucks.
