@Devsthetix 100%. It was insanely productive for me. So much so I only do two upper body exercises now: pushups and pull-ups. I’ve gained five pounds of muscles and my shoulders and chest exploded. Way more than I ever got with flys and bench pressing. Single best exercise ever.
