@TeamYouTube A video is appearing in our live stream archive that certainly WAS NOT from us. I'm concerned that our account was likely hacked and/or they obtained our live stream key. Is there a way to review where the short (4 minute) stream came from?
Hi @TeamYouTube,
Our organization's channel was terminated, but our videos only contain normal surfing and beach footage — no policy violations, just family-friendly outdoor content.
It looks like the automated system misclassified swimwear as inappropriate.
@TeamYouTube https://t.co/X0rnWPCy2N PLEASE help us. Visit Jacksonville provides visitor info for the entire city of Jacksonville, Florida, with millions of channel views. We have no idea what content was flagged and/or why. We will do whatever we need to get this back online.
@TeamYouTube Please help. https://t.co/X0rnWPCy2N was taken down in June for over a month and then received this response (we can confirm that it is not in violation of our Terms of Service). Nothing has changed on the channel since then. We are now getting falsely flagged again.

@TeamYouTube Thank you for your response. We have no idea what caused the takedown. Our content hasn't changed since October 2024. If we could be shown the content in question, we could at least address it. This has to be a false positive from a bot. Please at least have a human review.
