Liverpool, 20 April 2024
A woman was raped inside a city-centre flat in the early hours. She reported it. Within hours Merseyside Police had the address and two men in custody: Nigerians, Shuaib Iboko-Akoh, then 24, formerly of Harrington Street, Liverpool, and Evaristus Ozumizi Akerele, then 25, of Luton.
They were bailed. Officers later downloaded their phones. Intimate film of the same woman was on both devices. Police say it was made without her knowledge. That became a voyeurism count on top of the rape.
Both denied it. A jury in January 2025 did not. On 6 February, Liverpool Crown Court gave each seven years. Lifetime on the sex offenders register.
Detective Inspector Carla Cross said they put the woman through a trial and praised her composure. That is the official line. What the force did not put in the release is nationality, immigration status, or whether either man is a candidate for removal after the sentence. The names and the Luton–Liverpool split are what they published. The rest of the file, if it exists, stayed in the building.
Seven years for rape and a camera. The law on foreign national offenders only bites if the Home Office treats them as foreign. On this case, the public statement does not say.

Even the police treat niggers as though they’re animals.
That’s why they let them get away with this shit.
Racism is acknowledged and practiced by those who tell us that we’re equals.
This Government is committed to restoring order at our border.
This work is beginning to bear fruit, with June, July and August recording the lowest number of small boat crossings in seven years.
But we know there is more to do. We will be relentless in targeting the criminal gangs behind these crossings, and we will continue to remove the incentives that draw people here on unsafe and illegal routes.
Just a reminder that the hyper-sexualised men who are thrusting themselves against inanimate objects at Notting Hill Carnival are NOT small boat migrants.
They’re 2nd & 3rd generation immigrants classed as ‘British’.
Genetic culture doesn’t change just by being born in Britain.
