@OutsmartedPlay Again, there is no explanation for the issue. This means no one has any confidence in your fix. The timing could simply mean everyone trying to use the game gave up and went to bed. What was the cause? What was the fix? What are you doing to stop this going forward?

I think some expectation setting would have been better. I am currently debating if it is worth my time constantly checking the game. Also in a world of auto-scaling infrastructure you can't even use cost as a reasonable excuse for these holiday outages. If you want to retain your customers you are best being honest about the issues but more importantly how you are going g to prevent this issue going forward.
