@9LivesofSummer @billykenber because they are usually claiming DV against a British national or someone living in the UK. its not about fleeing DV abroad. it's ppl living here switching visas or illegal + going to claim asylum. Claiming you are escaping DV is an easier way to gain asylum.

@billykenber my ex partner was using the solicitor form Bukhari Chambers,that's mentioned. In Jan/feb this year he switched up on me claiming DV (it was lies). I never had answers to why he tried destroying my life. Your docu has given me some of those answers.
