Just finished paramotor training in the Utah backcountry.

At age 42, staying fit and active helps me live for adventure.

For me, that means waking up at 4:30 am everyday to hit the gym to lift weights.

I also try to run a minimum of 3-4 miles daily.

Is that too much?
