@PED7 Don’t agree with a lot of what you say but this I 100% agree with. If we leave it another 3-4 games it’ll be almost impossible to avoid relegation
@hbceramic@Ocado@hellosunshine52@LauraPAuthor@Tesco They have to be nice as if a customer makes the slightest complaint they are pulled into the office for it. I was a driver for 2 years and got pulled once over a customer complaining I didn’t use the trolley to move their one bag of shopping from the van to their step
@hbceramic@Ocado@hellosunshine52@LauraPAuthor@Tesco I think it has a lot to do with the m&s deal. They put a lot of demands in place in order for Ocado to keep the contract. But it’s also the same with Morrisons who deliver their online groceries through Ocado warehouses.
@hbceramic@Ocado@hellosunshine52@LauraPAuthor@Tesco Yep but also the items customers send back as they have the option to change their mind on the door step. All this goes into a box and is just destroyed unless it’s alcohol or household items
@Ocado@hellosunshine52@LauraPAuthor@Tesco As someone who used to work for Ocado, removing plastic lids is the least of their waste issues. It’s astronomical the amount of food they waste.
