Clearly he wasnt aiming for the neck he was obviously aiming at the head and didn't account for the bullet drop.. at 200 yards you don't have hardly even have to worry about wind and barometric pressure.. I was a firearm instructor in the Marines every enlisted marine makes shots from up to 500 Meters away.. anyone with any firearms training could of made this shot
