@jasonrmcintyre Agree nothing changed b/c it’s always been 1 of the hardest schedules in CFB. But now with 12 the top 5 or 6 SEC team makes the playoff. I like those chances…
@jasonrmcintyre Revisiting this after the movement today. Even with the mess around the program, LSU landed a top coach yet again 💥
Haven’t heard much from PA yet. Ready to agree Penn St is easier to win bc competition is weak but it’s not a better job/program?
@jasonrmcintyre Keep up your hot takes but this ain’t a good one. Winning at LSU is about championships. 3 of last 4 coaches won it and 2 weren’t considered a top 25 coach. It’s been 40 years for Penn State…but sure it’s easier to win regular season games at Penn State
@jasonrmcintyre So basically bc they have a schedule with 9 (practically) gimmie wins they get to the playoff if they can win 1 of 3 challenging games? And that makes them worthy?? Gotta play 2 of 3 btw Oregon, OSU and Michigan to qualify
@jasonrmcintyre Again it depends on your definition of success. At PSU, winning 9-10 games gets the fan base fired up. At LSU, that’s not good enough. If we aren’t competing for championships then we’re falling short. Go play intramurals, brother
@jasonrmcintyre I’d like you to consider an alternative approach b/c 1 teams schedule is significantly harder than the other. Michigan is awful this year and could go 9-3. Notre Dames best win is vs USC who stinks
Who you beat matters more than your record. Need more people leaning into that
@jasonrmcintyre This ain't the Mets, my guy...Don't win games if you can't score...they fired BK and Sloan (OC). Time to reload and keep the train moving...
@jasonrmcintyre LSU bought more tier 1 players last year in NIL than anyone. We went from one of the worst defenses to one of the most loaded...but sure. Thanks NIL!
@iDrewItUp There’s plenty of examples of players/grown ups agreeing to contract terms without representation. If this wasn’t the Jones family I’m fairly confident you’d feel different about a handshake agreement…
