🗣️ Tax providers for token production. Refund that tax downstream only to platforms whose revenue is decoupled from token consumption.

That’s the cleanest vision.

Most AI companies make more money when people use more tokens:
more prompts, more turns, more overages, more dependency.

So their incentive is simple:
maximize consumption.

WeGPT is the opposite.

- Users pay WeGPT a flat subscription.
- WeGPT pays providers per token.

So WeGPT wins when users get the right result faster, with fewer tokens.

That means better routing, better caching, less waste, and fewer unnecessary turns.

So the right design is:
1Tax tokens at the provider level.
2Give downstream credit only to platforms that do not charge based on token usage.
3Keep the formula simple:
Aligned Intermediary Credit = Passed-Through Token Tax × Fixed-Revenue Share
Fixed-Revenue Share = Fixed AI Revenue / Total AI Revenue

If a company makes more money when token use goes up, it should bear the tax.
If it makes less money when token use goes up, it should get relief.

Tax token supply.
Reward platforms that profit from user efficiency, not user consumption.
