@MBTA_CR What is happening with the 345 commuter rail train from Providence? Why is it reaching a disable Amtrak train when another Amtrak train just went by? When will it actually arrive at its actual destination? How can the T continue to provide such inadequate service?

@MBTA This is ridiculous. Why can’t the signals be properly maintained? The line has been shut down repeatedly for maintenance, inconveniencing all of us but supposedly in the interests of better service. Why wasn’t this fixed then? What is the maintenance for if not to maintain?

@MBTA. An extra 10 minutes from the scheduled time on a supposed “good service” day between Central and North Quincy. Why all the slow zones? Why the unnecessarily long dwell times at stations? This is the difference between being late and being on time. What is being done?

@MBTA On a jam packed red line train stopped short of central due to debris on the tracks. What is wrong with this system? Who is addressing the abysmal service? This is stealing time from me and my family, and it’s wrong.

@mbta Why is there a 5 mph slow zone just to the north of North Quincy? Why do the trains have to stop before entering the station when southbound? This adds a full 5 minutes to the trip and appears to serve no purpose.

@MBTA Why has there been no northbound train at North Quincy for 24 minutes? The countdown clocks show another 5 minutes to go, making for a 29 minute headway with no admission of delays. This is not “good service.”
