If the education sector could save £1.4bn over the next 4 years what do you think it should be spent on?
This saving could be made possible via our graduate pre-teacher training programme.
What would you spend the money on?

It is important that we don’t lose sight of the long term and short term impact on our children not having a substantive teacher. We know these challenges are compounded over time and short term solutions are not working. There is a medium term solution however @stepintoteach
Are any systems broken? Or do they just work in the way in which they were designed to work?
Therefore, if we want to enact change should we try to amend the systems that are in place or should be start from the beginning?

Have you heard about the race to the bottom? Seth Godin talks about it in his blog here.
I am curious how we might view investment decisions for our children’s future based on value rather than price and get more of us racing to the top.

Stability is not something that the education sector has had over the last few years.
Here’s a proven way in which we can bring some of that much needed stability to the sector.
What do you think, could this be a way to buck that trend?

Thank you to @Heartlands_Acad, for allowing the @stepintoteach team to film some exciting content there last week that we will be releasing across our platforms over the coming weeks!

The current financial cost of poor mental health is £118bn per annum (or the equivalent of another NHS)
If ever there was a time for a focus on prevention rather than cure it is now.
@Evolve_Impact has a solution.

At @Evolve_Impact we knew we would need to find support for our bigger ambitions.
This was especially true with our Full Value Contract.

If you have 15 mins over the next few weeks the ted talk below will change your perspective on the stories you see and hear

What single stories do you see and hear each day?
As long as I have worked with children, Education budgets have been squeezed.
The book by Paul Dix “when the adults change, everything changes” makes me think...
If “we” change the way we look at financing work done with children, the way children look, might also change?
When Evolve started out, our early adopters (the first people to support a new innovation) were a group of 5 head teachers in the Ladywood area.
We are looking for our next set of early adopters to support our full-value contract

Teacher training, pay & conditions are in the news. @Evolve_Impact has an excellent example of critical, joined-up & long-term thinking that system leaders could adopt if they want to improve their recruitment & retention figures.
