I honestly feel that most will be surprised by the amount of humanity that will ultimately come of this.
The advice I will prescribe for myself is the same that I preach to my clients:
1) Focus on actions, not outcomes
2) Seek & give support
3) Relax - stress is contagious
Avoiding fats in your diet bc you don't want to get "fat" makes as much sense as avoiding blueberries bc you don't want to turn blue.
I propose we use a different word for dietary fat, such as "energy" or "lipids"
