A Dahlonega, Georgia woman just sued Flock Safety in federal court — and the details are worse than the headlines.

Grace Schulte filed a nationwide class action Aug. 25 in the Northern District of Georgia. She’s going after Flock’s entire 120,000+ camera grid that scans billions of plates a month, stores your location, timestamp, vehicle photos, and often pictures of the people inside.

Innocent drivers can’t go to work, school, or the store without getting cataloged. Agencies share the data across jurisdictions. Cops keep getting busted using it to stalk people. Flock calls those “bad apples.”

Even using Flock’s own 93–96% accuracy claim, 20 billion monthly reads still means up to 1.4 BILLION bad records dumped into the system every month.

She’s asking the court to certify a class of EVERYONE scanned since Jan. 1, 2024 and hit them with privacy, negligence, and punitive damages.

This is the product they sold as “public safety.”
