@British_Airways Hi BA, my flight from LHR-CPT on 25 Apr has been cancelled. I also need to cancel car hire from CPT, both were booked through Hotline. What’s the best way to sort a refund for both? (I won’t be able to use a travel voucher so can’t do it online)

@RideLondon can you update on when your transport booking link will be open again? The last update was that it would be 1400 today, but I haven’t seen any email updates and want to book as soon as its available after the issues yesterday
