I think the visceral hate really started in about 2007-08. She thought she was the best thing ever and was traveling around the world but it was all financed by her fraudster boyfriend (see pic). She snitched to the FBI and stayed out of jail. Then the 2011 Oscars with the predator James Franco. Then the 2013 Oscars campaign for Les Mis. Everyone was tired of her. Then, except for Interstellar, made a bunch of forgettable movies so she wasn't front and center. Devil Wears Prada 2 is announced and everyone loves her.
