@AskNationwide Ie. Would I have to specify please search for any account I held with
You at any address using my date of birth or similar in order to be comprehensive? I can message you the exact scenario if that helps!
@AskNationwide hi nationwide, I have a question about lost accounts - can you tell me who to ask? Basically need to know if you have searched for an account for someone at an old address / their name, would accounts updated to a new address be flagged? Odd question sorry!
@AskNationwide Hello! So - if I wanted to prove I didn’t have a current account with you, or check if I did have an old one, and I asked you to search my name against a specific residential address, would your search only show any accounts for that address and not older / newer ones?
There’s a follow up question as well - did you send out current account statement emails in error to former account holders in January 2023? Need to resolve an issue with an ex, and you might be able to help if you can tell me where to find the answers (yes I’m a customer too)
@HSBC_UK I don’t seem to be able to make online transfers from my account / via the app and I need to pay for something - is there an issue and when will it be fixed
I don’t seem to be able to get the items collected - last time it took two weeks and I had to book and pay for the return twice (I’ve asked for refunds, no answer). Your customer service seems to have badly deteriorated. I’ve been a customer for 20 years… should I give up?
@easyJetholidays Have done. I found myself at 1am in the middle of nowhere with no hotel booking and a very tired small child and no way of getting hold of you. It’s not safe to travel with you.
@AskNationwide hi, I’m trying to pay my credit card balance in the app, I have enough funds but the app won’t let me - it says there’s a service issue your website says no service issue. Will I be able to pay my bill today?
@BrightonHoveCC (They get missed around once a month. We’ve no pavement to leave bins on so they end up as a hazard if left out. No improvements noticed at this end of Brighton)
@HMRCcustomers Thanks - am I able to (virtually) ‘accompany’ him as he’s over 18? He struggles with interacting with official services as he gets very anxious
@HMRCcustomers 2/2 an Irish drivers license as ID (we are not Irish / in Ireland). He’s still a full time student and paid circa £600 in tax via paye in 21/22. How can I get him removed from the need to file a return?
@HMRCcustomers Hello there. My 18yo is on the autism spectrum, in 21-22 he did some labouring work (he’s full time student) which was going to be self employed but ended up PAYE. He’s been asked to do a tax return for that year but we can’t set him up to do it online as it will only accept 1/2
