@HeathrowExpress Shocking customer service !! My niece has just landed at Terminal 2 and went to ask for help at one of your desks and was told they can’t help cause they only sell tickets !! Will never recommend @HeathrowExpress to any of my friends again !!!

@HeathrowExpress Just to let you know your staff at Terminal 2 are not very helpful at all and would suggest additional training on how to help people !!
My niece has just flown in from the States and when she asked for help at the ticket desk was told they only sell tickets and show no interest
