@Airtel_Presence Airtel WiFi hasn’t been working again since this afternoon in Aliganj Road no 13 Gaya, Bihar. The same issue happened two days ago, and now the service is poor again. Other companies provide much better service than this.

@Airtel_Presence Even after so many complaints and tweets, the service issue is still not resolved. What’s the point of such a service? Completely unreliable and frustrating.
If this is the level of support, then it’s better to discard such poor service altogether.

@Airtel_Presence As per the given time, it’s already 8:25 Pm , but the issue is still the same. 3 days, same problem, only false promises from Airtel. Not a single technician visited. Better disconnect your network if you can’t fix issues or listen to customers. #FalsePromises

@Airtel_Presence ur sound just like politicians — all promises, no action. My WiFi has been down for 35 hours, and and even after 5 pm no work will happen. No team has shown up, no work has started. Customers keep suffering while you keep assuring. This is beyond frustrating.
